• This original handcrafted sterling silver Native American Chief head pendant Indian Chief necklace is sold by itself or with a genuine black leather 3mm cord with sterling silver end caps and lobster clasp. All our cast pendants, including this sterling silver chief head pendant, are created from original hand carved designs by Paxton and come hand signed by the artist.

• MATERIAL:
Pendants are cast in solid sterling silver and the leather cord is genuine leather with sterling silver ends.

• SIZE:
Approx. 1.27" wide x 1.48" tall, (please see listing images for a size photo), bail opening is approx. 4.7mm (3/16")

• BAIL SIZE:
The pendant's bail opening that the cord or chain fits through is approx. 4.7mm (3/16"). If you are purchasing this pendant to fit on your own necklace please take note of the bail size and be sure it will fit or let us know if you need it altered (we can always make a custom larger sized bail).

• INDIVIDUALLY HANDMADE:
All our sterling silver pendants, including this chief head pendant / chief necklace, are created from original hand carved designs by Paxton. Each piece is individually crafted, starting out as a wax injection which is refined and hand cast into sterling silver by Paxon and then silver-smithed and finished by his talented wife Marne. Every piece comes personally hand signed by the artist. We are a completely artisan handmade husband and wife business. Every piece from start to finish is done by our hands in our personal studio.

Your item is packaged in an attractive gift box along with a black velvet storage bag, a zip lock bag with anti-tarnish strip, an about the artist / caring for your jewelry information card and a silver polishing cloth.

• RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges.
Please note that there will be a $3.95 restocking fee on all returned items.

• SHIPPING:
We always try to have orders finished and shipped out within 2-4 business days. On occasion we are out of town or traveling to trade shows and orders take longer to ship (you can look at the top of our website to see if we have added a banner that we are out of town).

• USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We offer Free Standard Shipping in the USA (USPS First Class Mail with Tracking and Insurance, USPS states 3-5 biz days for delivery)
You will also have the option to upgrade for an extra fee to a faster shipping method.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Items shipped out of the country are shipped Regular First Class Mail with Insurance but very limited tracking (delivery confirmation). ***Please be aware that First Class International Mail is the slowest method of shipping and could take from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and your country's customs department policies.
(You will also have the option to upgrade for an extra fee to a faster shipping method when checking out)
***PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for all Customs Charges their package may incur when entering the country.
